nightmaresepction
Double the nightmare, double the trauma. ^^b
but ruby has to escape herself
Nega inception?
That band of mini-Weisses is just the cutest thing. <3
I feel bad for Weiss that she subconsciously felt the need to suppress her inner child. Deep down inside she just wants to play and be happy like any young woman her age would. T^T
Unfortunately they left a mini Weiss behind
Smol Weisses are the best thing in this anime.
Really the only thing redeemable in this episode
So Ruby ends up in the ending of Neon Genesis Evangelion and then gets... tentacle raped? *shudders*
Looks like Weiss is about to join her.
Omedetou!
Omedetou!!
Omedetou!!!
Siiim, fora que o Lucy deve ser um dos personagens mais apelões de One piece pq só no Coliseu ele usou os poderes da gomu gomu no mi, haki, estilo de luta ryusoken e ainda conseguiu a mera mera no mi.
Nice to know Gogo's uploading everything BUT Parallel World Pharmacy!
Though it's OK, because I already watched today's episode elsewhere. Thanks Gogo! XD
Gogo needs to start using Livechart, lol
Agreed
Yes
Indeed they must.
Lol!!!
NGL. Their messed up timing makes me always miss RWBY because I have been expecting to see Parallel World Pharmacy since 2 hours ago.
It's not Gogo if they forgot something, xD.
same here
21:43 evangelion spoilz? ^o^
"I’m going to tell my sister that you’re all he-" Ruby was not having it, she sent that bat flying lol
Wait hold up Jaune where are you going look behind you!! Y’all left one of the small Weisses behind, sorry little one…. It was nice to see all the small Weiss and Pyrrha worried for Ruby when she passed out though.
Shitley, oops, I mean Whitley deserve that.
I mean if he's the same as the original he had a abusive father, neglectful mother and 2 sisters that ignore him (weiss threatened him with a sword). helped nora, came up with a plan to help atlas/mantle while the girls drank tea. nah, the girls need his beaten for being terrible people.
Whitley having an abusive father? Huh?! I think you might be new to RWBY but that's not the case Whitley was the only child Jaques so to be worthy of the Schnee Family name after Weiss and Winter were considered a disappointment.
Except Whitley was the only one that what wasn't abused by his father. Yes, he sort of redeemed himself at the end of vol 8 but that was after Jacques was arrested and was no longer getting preferential treatment.
this arc is lasting too long. move on to something else already jeeze
Literally called ice Queendom so this is most definitely gonna be the only thing for this "season" lmao
yeah, doesn't mean the whole save weiss and fail hasn't become repetitive by now.
Though yeah I don't disagree would really be nice if they move on and just use their power of friendship at this point lmao
Ruby noooooo... Ah who am I kidding, I just want this arc to end already personally, it's actually getting tiresome/tedious now.
On a side note though, dream Pyrrha is adorbs <3
The 'arc' is literally the whole series pal, that's why it's called 'Ice Queendom' XD
Ok then the dream arc, the bits starting from when they start enterting dreams. Whatever you wanna call it.
I know, just wanna point out, that's literally it. This IS the anime, that's why it's only like 12 episodes long, is just one anime dedicated entirely to the whole Nightmare of Weiss stuff OxO
The first 3 eps weren't is what I'm trying to say lol. Just wish more of the series was on par with the kinda quality they showed.
I guess you didn't know, but that's for the same reason the first 3 were pre-released together before the official airing, , they were MEANT to be a rush-recap of the start of Canon RWBY JUST so people who jumped into the anime blind without knowing anything about RWBY at all could have SOME context before they started the actual anime-original plot XD
"The dream is out of control"
...
Well, I mean... You did kind of free the repressed emotions of Weiss to the point where even the Nightmare took roots on the mobs of the dream and Weiss is using her father's image to put things under control again...
So... Ultimately, that's on you, Jaune. Not that you could have known to be honest... But maybe, next time, ask before letting things go out of control like that ? ^^' Just a suggestion...
ngl I was annoyed that he wasted a coin to make that call only to be reminded "yo if you fail, Weiss is toast." Like, we know this already. Why do you guys keep using those things for useless phone calls answering things you should know already?
Which is getting tiring because we know Weiss will wake up, so this whole arc is kinda... ehhhh.
I was really hoping they weren't going to commit this entire series to this one arc, but I guess it's too late for that. Already 8 episodes in and going nowhere. Just a fanservice RWBY adaptation I guess.
This series does what OG RWBY couldn't pull off. It might be a single arc this season but Weiss needed this arc to improve her personality.
But they improve on Weiss' personality in the later seasons on the OG RWBY. They didn't have to force it all into a small one cour anime season. That's more or less what Im getting at. All the characters, minus Ruby herself, get development as the original has gone on. This feels forced and like it's trying to cram everything in.
The problem with the OG RWBY Weiss was she got her redemption arc very late. OG RWBY had MANY THINGS that were forced that were way worse than this.
Won't argue that. Ruby is the main character and she's the least developed character in the original series. I was just expecting a better series. I was hoping this anime would be a remake of the original and that SHAFT (one of my favorite studios) would fix the problems the early seasons had. Im just dissapointed this is what we ended up getting
It was never intended to be a remake or an AU like most of the people thought. It still goes along with the OG series and will eventually catch up. Trust me in those 8 episodes SHAFT made more development than RT in the entire 1st Volume.
Same hat over here, honestly. When we rolled through the first episodes, I was excited to see if they'd do something different and focus on the main girls, rather than the god-awful bully arc that focused on Jaune for no reason (other than being the self-insert for the voice actor/creator).
I... guess this is better than the bully arc from the OG first season? But it's so repetitive at this point that I'm seriously bored of the dream shenanigans.
Today is Sunday.
The good news: New Alchemy of Souls (live action, Netflix).
The bad news: Anime sh!ts all over our beloved RWBY and Saint Seiya for absolutely no reason.
Alchemy of souls is great!
Most of the animation is just rotoscoping from original 3D version. That's when I know they're not taking this seriously.
A nightmare inside a nightmare
